AM: Practice at 8am with the few loyal team members.  We did the Parkway 8, had a little shin splint action going on so im working on fixing that, and ya.  Good run. then bare foots after.

AM: Today was a hard work out, probibly not the best for my strep, but i still did it. We did 5X 2min hard 1 rest 1 hard 30 rest 30 hard 30 rest then cool down.

PM: This afternoon me and trevor played some more volley ball and got a run in.  Im getting a nice tan. :)

AM: Today we did the shoe run. Legs are feeling awesome compared to what they felt last night.  I drank some emergen-C stuff and i feel much better.  I totally forgot our bare foots, so i know where me and trev are going tonight, . . . . green springs golf course.

AM: 10X400's today.  To bad i didnt really get to do them.  The first two were great, getting the legs flowing and what not, then the rest was down hill.  I would get a good first 200 in and then the shins would flare and i would feel out of energy.  I think most of it was not getting enough sleep. So thats what im striving for to get me through the next days.

PM: Just an easy 3 at like midnight

AM: Just Coach the girls and i this morning.  We did the trail 6 and some bare foots.

PM: After morning practice the fam and i headed up to zion to camp.  After getting set up i ran up the canyon for a little bit. Really enjoyed the view, the tourists, not so much.

AM: My dad and i broke out the old bikes and rode up the canyon for about 7 or so miles, then back down.  What was kinda dumb is that comming down was almost harder with the hurricane winds.  Then when i got back i jogged around for a couple miles with the dogs.
