| AM: 8X1000's today. I actually enjoyed the ones i did. We warmed up and then got started. The first one was around a 3:20, and the next one a 3:19, then i had some troubles with my lungs and i stoped. Tendon is killing too. But its not a big deal YET. So im babying it up today. No pm to rest the tendon. |

| AM: easy 4 out to tortise trail and back. Just easing the foot back to health. Its feeling much better than yesterday. I just got done making my Home made planters sock. :) it works. And using winter crest on it like a mutha!! One more easy day tomorrow. then bring it back full. |

AM: Rode the bike to practice and did the work out with trevor and rode around some more, then came home. foot feeling okay. not good though.

| AM: Yeah i got to run today. :). i ran two warm with the team and then did 3X1000's i didint want to agrivate the foot, then ran the last one with them. So i did 4 1000's. I ran around while they ran the rest of them. Im feeling so good now. |

AM: Extened warm up Dog pound AT. We did 3.5 warm up and then AT. Felt nice to get going fast. Painfull, but nice. I had fun working with my team mates.

AM: Ran around 6 this morning with ryan dev trev kimz and coach. We did the . . . i forgot what we were really going to call it, but we did mention the worst last run of the summer! i really enjoyed it though. We ran out on the dam road, then on the hills to the right of it, and back home. Great feeling, no complaints. Wore my garmin for the first time today, the heart rate thing is pretty cool.

First race of the Year!!!! I was so excited that i could barley sleep! I need to work on that. But other than that the race was a fun one. I didint do very well, reasons probibly being that im coming off an injury and lack of speed training the last 2 weeks, but im not going to blame it on that. I just didint race it right. Ill work on that next week for cedar and Hurricane! :) |

AM: Easy 3 with trevor. Both of my feet are not doing so good. Some planters is setting in. But i have my home made sock on right now to help clear it up. PM: Today was our only day of hard speed. AM: 6 am morning run. Felt like crap the first mile, then the legs felt better after that.
PM: Got up to the race and checked out the new course. Looked like some fun! Ran a 3 mile warm up then got into the race. My strat was to stick with the canyon view kids then burn them. I did exactly that. Except i let mat get away from me. So next time im working on that. After we ran a 4 cool for our long run.

AM:3 by my self. My leg is hurting again, so i just did laps around the hood. PM: Foot was feeling terrible. So i iced it and iced it till the team got back, then i ran a couple of 2 hard 1 off and then iced again. Its feeling okay after the work out.
