| Ran up in Cedar today! Got out and decided to head up the canyon and then head back. I was having a good old time on the first 4.5, felt nice and every thing. Then when i got out of the canyon and still had 2 miles left, the wind started blowing, it was already 25 degrese out there!!! IT FELT LIKE 5 NOW!!! in fact i bet it was 5 with a wind chill factor! But any ways, with 2 miles left i started to have my low middle section get frost bitten!!! OUTCH! Tales of the blow dryer material. . . So i had to kick it into high gear (1 mile at 5:10, second at 5:15) to get back Basically alive, i think i have frost bite on my cheecks, but luckly not on the lower extremities. . . OUTCH!! im still hurtin. But im alive and i would probably do it the same again! |

| PM: Today it was raining pretty good, well, during our run it was just sprinkling (perfect!), but the rest of the day it was pouring! AWESOME! We did 5X 400 sun rise tire hills, all around 6:55 pace except for the last one, wich was around 6:00 pace. Then we added a few miles and called it a day. |

| PM: Today was the Albino trail/road run! We headed out into middleton, then took a back road out by the Dixie rock, then headed back on the main roads to the high school. Legs are way tired, the first run back after being sick sucks! But, it will all pay off some day. |

| AM: Woke up early and headed over to the dixie trail head to do the painters half course with ryan and trev. It was way cold! but i got used to it, then my gloves froze through, but it wasnt too bad. Trevor was having trouble keeping his nether regions warm, and had some hip issues. So Ryan and i just chilled together the rest of the way. TECHNICALLY we only ran 13.1, but it felt like 14 ;) |
