PM: 2 1 2 mile tempos. I did 2 1 .5 .5 .5 I had to take some extra breaks in there to keep on pace. My athleticism isnt built up enough yet from all the work outs i have been missing due to injuries. But great work out. Hit great times. After me and trev ice bathed in the river then joged it back to the school. |

PM: Accidently ran 11. I ran about 20 mins before school and got 3 in, then around the school for 2, then ran a loop up past walmart and back to the school for a 6. Quick pace, legs feel like crap from the weeks speed, but thats okay, im enjoying the running lifestyle! :) |

| Race day. Basically, i coulndt breathe the whole time. My lungs have been giving me some trouble all week. So yeah, but im not using that as an excuse. The race went fairly well. Much better than the last few ones. Me and tyson worked together an pushed each other. Now my blood is all back, my injury is healed and IM BACK IN THE SADDLE AGAIN!!!! |

| ALL DAY: I have been with out sleep now for 48 hours!!! Woo, .. . . . . not. We had our run a thon today, and i was way fun, but way tireing. I ran from 10-12, my first mile was 4:41. Way too fast the next 3 were 5:20's I went home and took a nap, then did it all again. My first one was 4:49, then 4:53, and a 5:00. In the dash for cash i did a 57 then a 1:01

| AM: After gettin home around 1 in the morning after the race, i went to bed at about 2ish. Woke up at 5:50, then me and trev headed out for our run. We went down main street, and around k mart, then to the temple and eventually to the dixie fields where we ran a couple miles bare foot. Then back home past fabulous freddys. Awesome run! |

| Got up north in time for our jv runners to get warmed up and race. :) other than that, we got a good warm up in on the course then stretched it out and got to the line. Gun went off and we went right to the the front. During the whole race i was feeling good till about .5 to go, lungs were burning, but i still had a decent kick. Beat some people i needed and felt great about my race. We beat Mt. View and ran very well agenst AF. dunno what my time was , i just put something in

| Got up to the park and got a warm up with the boys. Then i watched every ones races. Then it was my turn. I got out good, not to fast and stayed in first. Then on the second lap i took a wrong turn and that put about 30 meeters on to the next kid. So i was down inside now. but i ended up beatin him and loseing to some other kid. But i had a fun race. Lungs are burning though :( |

| 4X30sec at CV 3X800's 4X1000's. Not bad! Great work out. Im feeling much better that i was this work out last week. Times were nice, i think 2:33 2:28 2:26 for the 800's then, 3:06, 3:08, 3:00 and 2:50 for the 1000's :) Feeling good! :)
