PM: Warmed up for the race then got right into it. Basically the whole time i was 25 meters form corey and corey was the same for trevor. Then i beat corey towards the end and was 20 seconds behind trevor. As you can see, much better than state. :) |

| AM: i wasnt really sure how far we were going to go, so i just did what i felt like doing. I got out for just a quick 1 in the 5 fingers, but i actually was feeling really good in them, so i jogged down to 2450 E. park and ran a nother 4 in there. Then i just grabbed my kayanos and did an easy 3 :) GREAT WEEKEND OF RUNNING~ |
