AM: Woke up this morning, then me and trev headed to the race.  I warmed up a little by my self and with dustin.  The race started and i couldnt get my garmin to work right.  But i got it to work in the middle, and my pace was a nice 5:25ish.  Got to tella graph and my pace dropped to about a 5:50 in some 6:00 in others.  Feeling during the race was great, tired and pushing my self, but great.  Ended up with a 34:54 and first over all.  Fun course except for the last 2 miles ;).

Great job with the race. This is a good time on a difficult course, especially with nobody pushing you. Keep up the hard work. I'll try to make it to a track meet before the season is done.

I figured you could still pull it out - even with that beast of a workout yesterday. That shows a lot; on a tough course too! And you beat my last year's time as well (of course it was like my 1st run after pneumonia!).

Not bad at all Austin. I was in pretty good shape last year and ran a 34:29... so not too bad. Keep up the good work.
