AM - Woke up early to take advantage of the 16" of new snow up at Alta before it all turned to mush. Jake and I ended up having a fun 4 hour ski tour of 5 laps and 4400ft. It was quite difficult to ski because we couldn't make out the difference between the ground and the sky, hence my "try not to crash" ski shot :)
Week summary - Only 15.5 miles of running this week but 8000ft of skinning (~20 miles equivalent running). Jake and I decided to join VASA Fitness so we could go to the hot tub 3-4x a week, and I anticipate it being a huge factor to both of us getting healthier!
