Short-Term Running Goals: Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017! | | Morning run. It doesn't matter what time of day I'm running this week. I seem to be running around 10 min. pace. I can't move any faster, but that's fine. It's no longer about pace or distance, it's about doing something to keep me sane.
