| | Slowly starting to feel good again, I ran this morning while my mother in law watched my kids. I did a 3 mile warm up then 4x400s with 90 sec. rest at Beus Pond. Splits 82, 85, 83, 82. I was still feeling pretty tired, but I'm hoping I can continue doing some type of workout over the next couple months to keep some kind of fitness level when I have my next baby.

| | My mother in law watched my kids this morning while I did the South Weber days 5k route for a tempo run. 2 mile warm up, 3 mile tempo, and 2 mile cool down. Tempo splits: 6:36, 6:32, 6:34. Time 19:46 AP 6:34 It felt harder then before. I guess it'll keep getting a little tougher to do these workouts each week.

| | I attempted a workout today, workouts are getting more difficult by the week. I didn't have any particular plan today. I just did an easy step down but each interval I did left me worn out and tired for the next one. I feel like my body is going downhill fast and I'm not even halfway through this pregnancy yet. Today I did 1000, 1000, 800, 600, 200, 400. 3:52, 3:53, 3:04, 2:20 (really tired already), 34 (not quite a 200), 88. I was supposed to do 2x400 for my last 2 but I was so worn out. I forced myself to do that last 400 and not worry about how fast. Then I ended with a really slow cool down.

| | Riley and I had our 10 year anniversary today, we decided to start the morning off by running Lewis Peak. I've never run it, it was a beautiful trail. I struggled running up the first 2.5 miles I walked/jogged. It was tough but I'm glad I did it. Great run!

| | I did a 2 mile warm up and decided to try a 3 mile tempo. Miles 1 and 3 were mostly downhill and mile 2 was mostly uphill. I struggled big time on mile 2, it's hard to stay motivated doing these workouts. Splits: 6:38, 7:23, 6:45. 2 mile cool down.

Pleasant View Founders Day 5K (3.1 Miles) 00:19:42, Place overall: 2, Place in age division: 1 | | I decided last minute to come run this 5k clear up in Pleasant View. Riley talked me into it a little bit, letting me know it was a fast downhill course. I get tired pretty fast nowadays, I didn't want anything too difficult, but I also wanted another 5k to race. There was also some cash that went to 1st and 2nd place. I got out at the start but after 10 feet there was a high school girl in front. I figured there would be someone in front, she pretty much led the rest of the way, I think I ended up losing to her by 20 seconds. She was a cute girl and a strong runner for Weber High School. The first mile was on a canal road which was fairly flat. Riley wasn't kidding when he said there was a lot of downhill, the 2nd mile was all screaming downhill, which left my legs feeling a little jello-y at the start of mile 3. Mile 3 was similar to the first mile more flat and one uphill, then the last .11 was a very fast finish. I was pleasantly surprised by my time for 15 weeks preggo, I'll take it. Splits: 6:32, 6:01, 6:34, .11-34 sec.

| | 2.3 miles on the treadmill, then I went outside to finish with another 5 miles. I made it 4.4 miles because it was soooo hot, then I took my kids for a slow jog the rest of the way.

| | I did a workout today, at this point I'm just trying to do some kind of workout once a week. I wanted to do something attainable for me, my last few workouts have felt hard. I did 10x 1 min off/on. I felt better today doing this type of workout. I'll probably be doing these from here on out as long as I can.
