I attempted a workout today, workouts are getting more difficult by the week. I didn't have any particular plan today. I just did an easy step down but each interval I did left me worn out and tired for the next one. I feel like my body is going downhill fast and I'm not even halfway through this pregnancy yet. Today I did 1000, 1000, 800, 600, 200, 400. 3:52, 3:53, 3:04, 2:20 (really tired already), 34 (not quite a 200), 88. I was supposed to do 2x400 for my last 2 but I was so worn out. I forced myself to do that last 400 and not worry about how fast. Then I ended with a really slow cool down.
