Short-Term Running Goals: Our family is complete with 4 sweet girls. Now it's time for me to shed the weight and get back into running shape for good. I'm ready to work at it again in 2017! Long-Term Running Goals: Long-term running goals, Sub 3 hour marathon and 1:20 half marathon. Personal: I'm married to my great husband Riley Cook. He helps me accomplish my running goals. | | It's time for me to update my blog again, we went to new York and I didn't bother to add my mileage up, but I did run when I was there. Im 22 weeks pregnant and losing motivation already. I should say I'm still motivated to do something everyday but I'm not motivated to run longer then 30 or 40 minutes. It has a lot to do with how heavy Ive gotten in the last two weeks. At this point doing a little running everyday is a victory for me. |

| | My babysitter didn't show up this morning so I had to improvise. I did most of the run on the treadmill, then 24 minutes outside pushing one of my kids in the stroller up and down the street. My watch was dead so I was going off of time from my phone and a little bit of guessing on pace.
