Got up at 5am and went up Millcreek Canyon just to wipeout and badly sprain my ankle (I blame new Hokas). As I'm lying on the ground in a puddle of a mud all I could think about was the new ski boots I bought yesterday and think oh noooooo :( I'm on a RICE diet for the next 48 hours.

Ski boots are sort of like ankle braces. Start wearing them around the house now!

And wear sensible running shoes... sheesh!
