AM: Valentine-themed early spin class and then crab walks, lunges, squats, plank/clam shells, TAs, captain morgan's (hurts hip flexor too much), and lots of stretchies. Hip flexor gets so so so tight! Oh and almost forgot 10 minutes elliptical before spin while still sleeping...

PM: 90 minute hip massage oh my goodness.Things are really starting to loosen up for me. Pretty sure there is some running on the HORIZON.
And I wore flip-flops to Trader Joe's this evening :)
