Ran on the treadmill. Went from 8 mph to 8.6 mph to 8 again, then just random speeds slower than that for the last mile. It felt good getting my legs going.
Hey, I ran 4 on a treadmill too! We're twinners! Awesome running my buddy ol' pal. I am still way excited to see you. Even though it'll still be a couple of months from now... :)
Spring break was good. It would have been better in Hawaii though. :)
