a.m. Exited campus to the right, ran up to the Point and down Kam Highway, came in on the other side of campus. (3mi) Really slow and easy with Aaron. Planning for more tonight.
p.m. - Ran an extended Laie park (4mi). Ran at a much faster pace than this morning.
