Afternoon 50 minute run into Washington. Felt much better. It was a great team run!

| | Morning 20 Min. Had a much smaller group this morning but it still was a great run. I love morning runs. They wake up the legs and wake me up for the day as well. The weather was perfect!
Afternoon workout. Dirt Mile Tempo 15-20 min. I don't really know where to start. Today was not the greatest or the worst. I was feeling pretty confident and sure going into it. I was in there for the first lap very strong. The second mile came and we were supposed to pick the pace up again. I just totally lost confidence and died. I was trying to push to 15 and i just kept slowing down. I stopped and regrouped with Brianna at 15 and then cut across the field to finish with the team. I wish that i stayed in there i am sorry for not pushing with the team. I am gonna make sure to be more mentally prepared for future workouts and races. I know that I can run with the team and by running with them I will become stronger!

| | Awesome run this morning!!! I felt so wonderful! We ran out in Santa Clara on the trails...not really sure the one we went on :) It was beautiful and the view was simply splended. I felt really good too so I am ready for a strong hard week. Loved running with the team! And very happy to have school off!

| | Morning practice with weights. Felt alright. It was a beautiful morning with beautiful weather. Afternoon workout at Bloomington Hills Park. 4x1200 at 5k pace. There was a group of 6 of us and sometimes Ryan and coach. The first one was alright I was on my time but not with the pack. The second one was still fine but I just couldn't get up and move. I was struggling to get my legs moving. The third one was terrible. I literally was jogging it felt like. The last one was much better...i finished a lot stronger than the other two so that's positive. Wish I was up helping the pack. I know I can do it I just havent done it yet. I will keep working hard though. And pushing my hardest. Thanks coach for helping me finish when I thought I was gonna die. 70ish minutes | Add Comment |

Afternoon 55 w/ striders. We ran to the dirt mile where we watched the youngster race. Twas very fun to see some serious beasting! Scottie ran a killer race and so did so many others so shout out to them. Legs felt very wonderful doing striders. Much better than they have the past few times so I am very happy! and in case you are wondering you can fit 10 stinky girls and 2 coaches into coach Holt's Tahoe...very comfortably. it was a day to remember! I love running!

Afternoon 55 w/ 4x200 it was a wonderful run felt pretty great and had a very fun time! Super excited for tomorrow! Its gonna be a great race and day in general! Plus Roberts is soon gonna be a father of 4!!!!!!! Best part of my day by far. Love running!

Murray Invite (2.85 Miles) 00:19:05 | | Morning pre race run. Felt very nice and I was super excited to race!!! Murray was awesome! I felt alright and i was very happy with my second half. I needed to warm up a little more cause my legs didn't feel in it for a while :) our team had a terrible start we weren't ready at all! I loved the course. It is so pretty and very wonderful. I felt like overall it was a good push. Of course I can learn and do things better. But I am happy for now and I'm gonna keep pushing my hardest and doing my best. | | Practice at the state course. Very solid workout. We had pickups (2,1,3,2,1) and even though Josie and Alli and Brianna were gone we had a very good pack and I felt very good. 3x1600 reps. @ the dirt mile. wow. best workout in a long while. i fianally stuck in with the pack. i was 100% with them for the first two. the third one was a little more rough but i still hit a very good time and was right on. love running with my team i know they will make me better.

| | Went running after I got home from hiking observation point. Feeling a little tired and exhausted but none the less i got out on a run cause i love it. Went with my dad and i was feeling very good so im glad that i went on a run. I think it helped my legs feel better! Wish i couldve been at the carwash but the hike was fun too.

| | Very good run this morning! We had the awesomest pack ever! We ran on the river trail and had 2x2 mile tempos in the middle of our long run. Tbh I was really nervous going into it but I knew that I would stay in the pack no matter what! and I did so i was pretty happy. On my run with my dad he got after me to hold my shoulders back so I was trying to do that and i think that helped as well. Very positive run for me! Glad to be back loving running even more! oh and the tempos felt wonderful.
Afternoon grass 20-minute run. Very fun! Love every run with our team! oh and roberts did a wonderful job on a little presentation. I love the wisdom of both coach holt and roberts. they are wonderful!

afternoon workout! 5x1000 at race pace. this was a wonderful workout. simply wonderful. the team was all together and we were able to hit all of our times. i wasnt really with the pack but my times were all much faster than they were supposed too. it was a very strong workout and i was very happy with it. i love our team 65 min

| | Morning run with Brianna and Maycee. It was a nice morning and I was glad to get put on a run. 20 minutes Race up at Nebo. It was very cold...i didn't feel very good and I ran a not very good race. I couldn't keep on going once I started. It just got worse and worse. The first lap my quad was hurting really bad and then the second lap it just started burning. I have never felt that before and it was really wierd. I am gonna try to stay positive and get some more good races before the season ends. I know I can and will keep working hard to get to where I want to be. 65 minutes | Add Comment |

| | Man this morning was GRAND!!! we had a long run with a 10 minute tempo(20 sec slower than 5k) and then a mile tempo(10 sec slower than 5k). I don't know if ive ever felt better. I was totally in the groove. I felt wonderful and was able to push with the pack and lead a bit. It felt wonderful and it was great! Best run in a long while :) 70 min
Afternoon grass run. felt good although my calves were a bit tight. jessica and caroline are so funny and they make me very happy. 20min

Afternoon Workout 4x1200m. @ bloomington hills park. Man today was rough. The first one was wonderful. I was right on pace and with the pack. The second one was a little more rough but i was still in the time range. the third one was not very good at all. i dont even really know what happened. my legs had no drive and i was stuggling just keeping moving. the third one was kinda the same and not very good. i think that i am getting better at staying strong and positive with myself. its not like the whole workout was terrible only the second half. so i just need to keep working at it and i know that soon enough my whole workout will be much better. 65 minutes

Cedar Invite (3 Miles) 00:19:48, Place in age division: 7 | | Nice chill morning run. Felt ready to go and kill it!!! 20 min RACE @ CEDAR. Awe man. There are mixed feelings about this race. I feel pretty good about it I just wish I was up more with the team. I am very happy with how it ended although it was not even close to my best race.
