Morning practice with weights. Felt alright. It was a beautiful morning with beautiful weather. Afternoon workout at Bloomington Hills Park. 4x1200 at 5k pace. There was a group of 6 of us and sometimes Ryan and coach. The first one was alright I was on my time but not with the pack. The second one was still fine but I just couldn't get up and move. I was struggling to get my legs moving. The third one was terrible. I literally was jogging it felt like. The last one was much better...i finished a lot stronger than the other two so that's positive. Wish I was up helping the pack. I know I can do it I just havent done it yet. I will keep working hard though. And pushing my hardest. Thanks coach for helping me finish when I thought I was gonna die. 70ish minutes |
