| | Early morning long run. Parkway loop. I felt pretty good running but up the hill before maverick kinda killed me...haha other than that it was pretty wonderful! 70 minutes
Afternoon: BEST RUN EVER!!! we had a 20-minute easy run and we did half of it on the road and half on the grass. the sprinklers were on and it felt so great. we were laughing and having a great time. best run. i love running and overall it was a great day. 20 minutes

Afternoon workout 2x2000, 4x200 at snow canyon. ehh it was alright. the first one was much better than the second one. i was still relatively close to the girls on the first one. hanging onto the pack. the second one i kinda got distracted and started dragging a bit. so it wasnt super. i think it was a good push and i am working my way back to the pack :) 200 were great felt nice to run very fast. 65 minutes

Afternoon workout (4x800 and 4x200) man this was the best workout of my life. i felt so wonderful! on the first three i was rockin and killing my times (and i was with the pack!!!) the last one everyone kinda took off. i was still going strong so there is nothing to be bumped about. it was simply so wonderful i have never felt better. i know i can run with the girls and i am thankful for them and the inspirations they are to me. 65 minutes

| | Run up in Cedar before the college race. me, jos, jac, jess, ry, ell, and car all went up and did a fab run. it was so much fun. we had a great time laughing and making formations and so many things. i dont think i have ever laughed so hard. oh and the race was cool to watch as well :) 55 minutes

| | NIce 45 minute run with weights. Felt wonderful and am so happy! Happy cause state is in a week, the quarter is over, and we have no school for the next two days. The coolest guy came and talked to us. He is paralyzed and did the impossible. He can walk. He was super cool and inspired me to do so many things. Super excited for next week. I know we are ready.

3A State Championship (3 Miles) 00:20:23, Place overall: 35, Place in age division: 7 | | wow...i dont even know where to start. state was truly incredible. everything was amazing. from olive garden dinner (in our smelly running clothes) to ice baths (with a screaming jace and jess) to laughing and talking to pushing with my best friends in the whole entire world to winning the state title and so much more. it truly was one of the best days of my life. i felt great racing. i was with the team for a lot longer than usual so i am happy about that. my teammates are my biggest role models and they make me so happy. s/o to ry and jess for breaking the school record. you guys are beasts. awe i love running it is the ultimate sport and i would never trade it for anything in the world.

| | Felt pretty decent today. I have been trying to have a positive attitude cause it seems like everyone is not having the greatest time running. I still love it and how it makes me feel. Running is the best. So is our team and our coaches. I would not be the person I am today if it werent for running.

Afternoon 30 minute progressive tempo. man best workout ever! I loved it! My legs were going and i stayed with the pack the whole time and led and felt wonderful. we all stayed together and it was such a strong workout. like i already said...no negatives from this workout. love running!
