run into green springs. nice run. feeling alright, much better towards the end! 55 minutes

afternoon workout...man not the best but like robs said i just need to keep staying positive. i felt pretty sluggish. roberts saved me when i thought i was gonna die. not the best workout but not everyday can be the best :) ready for friday. 65 minutes

PV Autumn Classic (3 Miles) 00:19:59 | | Morning run. Felt nice!!!
Afternoon race with Desert Hills at the dirt mile. Man, what a good race. First lap was good. Second was not as good, and third was the best. By the end I was fianlly feeling fast and felt like my legs were fianally moving for me. It's a bummer the season is nearly over cause i think my legs are fianally getting fast (or maybe its my mind) super excited for nike.

| | Nice run this morning at Sullivan. The weather was perfect and had a fun time with some of the team :) Loving running still and wouldn't do anything else at 6:30 in the morning on a Saturday with any other people.

afternoon workout 5x1000 at race pace. man by far the best workout of the season. i stayed in the pack the whole time and we were on our times the whole time. i have a little saying to help me prep for nike "you can and most definantly will stay with the girls at nike" i changed it for today and kept telling myself i can and most definantly will stay with the girls right now in this workout. it really helped with my confidence and even though i was dying and my legs felt so tired i pushed and stayed with them. (even led a couple of times) i love the team and cant wait for the adventure nike is gonna be. i am gonna risk it all. 75ish min?

| | Reverse Firestation and a few extensions. Loved the run. Recently my legs have been feeling really tired. But today they felt relatively well. I am so excited for Nike. I love trips with our team. They are the very best!!! Striders felt wonderful as usual. Also, Roberts is the greatest coach ever. Rough afternoon today. had uphills and downhills. and that was the run. ups and downs. i think i have been negative a lot lately and its not helping my running.

| | Chill Morning. SUPER sore from hills. everything feels tight.
mid distance run. i honestly felt very crappy at the beginning and was only going to go 45 but i kept going and had a great run. even when my legs were tired i was able to push myself and i think in the long run it helped shake out the legs even more.

| | NO SCHOOL!!! so we had a workout at 8. we did 4x1200 at 6ish min pace. my first one was good not great but good. 2nd and 3rd were rough but I was still hitting a very reasonable time for my recent races. i was also trying to work on my form and get my shoulders back. last one was great. allip helped me get back in it and we totally worked together. it was awesome! best one out of the whole set. pretty impressed that i had a pretty successful workout even with very extremely tired legs...love running!
