Well, after not being able to run for what feels like forever, I am finally getting back into it. ACL surgery was 3ish months ago (tear was nearly a year ago at this point). I am in the return to play program which should get my knee up and going. So I get to workout/run 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Time and intensity will go up as the weeks progress. It is great to be back moving. Figured it would be a good time to start documenting the journey too. Grateful to have a healthy body! Excited to get back into shape!
