I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Hello! I am finally back!

Today was a beautiful day for a run. I seriously cannot believe that there isn't snow on the roads or negative temps yet. Maybe Logan will experience Christmas without snow this year hahaha. (I doubt it, but a St George girl can wish!) I went out for roughly 5. Watch was dead. Ran from our apartment out to the canyon and hung on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail for a nice loop. Love the Logan Canyon. Such a beautiful run. I'm excited to get back into shape.

No run today. I had work and am busy working on a paper. But we did take a break to go on a walk. Still can't believe this beautiful weather. Seriously the best time of year!

Good run on my 3 mile loop around campus. Went right before the sun went down so it got pretty cold, still good to get out and run!
