I'm a graduate from Pine View, where I was a member of the XC and Track and Field teams.  I loved being a Panther.  I am currently up at USU, graduating in Psychology in the Spring. Not sure what I'll do after graduation...I love spending time outside-hiking, camping, and running.  I love the simple things that make life wonderful :)

Well, after not being able to run for what feels like forever, I am finally getting back into it. ACL surgery was 3ish months ago (tear was nearly a year ago at this point). I am in the return to play program which should get my knee up and going. So I get to workout/run 3 times a week for 8 weeks. Time and intensity will go up as the weeks progress. It is great to be back moving. Figured it would be a good time to start documenting the journey too. Grateful to have a healthy body! Excited to get back into shape!

So today I did what they call "backpedaling". You run backwards on a treadmill! Weird stuff! But as always it is great to be moving and getting back into things! It works muscles I didn't know I had hahah!! It is great to feel like I am getting stronger! Intensities will amp up next week and I'm ready for that!!

Intensity is increasing in the running intervals that I'm doing. It's exhausting!! Haha! But I am feeling so great! It's awesome to see the body back moving and grooving!
