NO SCHOOL!!! so we had a workout at 8. we did 4x1200 at 6ish min pace. my first one was good not great but good. 2nd and 3rd were rough but I was still hitting a very reasonable time for my recent races. i was also trying to work on my form and get my shoulders back. last one was great. allip helped me get back in it and we totally worked together. it was awesome! best one out of the whole set. pretty impressed that i had a pretty successful workout even with very extremely tired legs...love running!
