Morning run. Felt pretty grand. Felt ready for the workout a little sore in the upper legs, 20 minutes
Afternoon workout 2x2000, 4x200 at snow canyon. ehh it was alright. the first one was much better than the second one. i was still relatively close to the girls on the first one. hanging onto the pack. the second one i kinda got distracted and started dragging a bit. so it wasnt super. i think it was a good push and i am working my way back to the pack :) 200 were great felt nice to run very fast. 65 minutes
