This morning I met up with Kiley at Draper Park. We just ran out 4 and back 4, stopping at the 3 mile mark both ways for some water. I stayed in Draper pretty much all day :)

Staying in Draper all day yesterday turned into all night, so Kiley and I ran Draper trail again :) Today we went a lot faster and earlier than yesterday, then we took a 5 hour nap and ate Mexican food. Yum!

Today Susannah and I both slept in and ended up starting our runs at around 9:30. Lucky for us it wasn't that hot or sunny out. She ran to Sunnyside park, and I drove there. I ran t he VA loop, and when I got to 5th south and Guardsman I decided to do Shriners run, but halfway through campus I thought to myself "That is a terrible idea." so I turned and ran back on Guardsman to Sunnyside, where I decided to go to the track. My thoughts? "Oh I should force myself to do a speed workout!" So I ran 4 400s and 4 200s, not too hard, but I almost quit, so I'm proud of myself. The sprinklers were on, so it was nice and misty :) My 400s were 1:23, 1:23, 1:24, 1:23. I did a lap recovery then my 200s were 36, 37, 38, 36. I ran another lap recovery then back up to Sunnyside where my car was parked for a full 6. Now I have to go take a nap and elevate my legs and do my core before my goodbye party guests arrive!

This morning Susannah and I went up to the JCC to run. I didn't want to run on the trail, so I just ran home. I ran up to where it connects with 11th Ave and ran down by Popperton park, then continued on 11th Ave to the drinking fountain. Then I ran over to Shriners and went through the neighborhood to the U campus and across Guardsman. I ran along 15th east until I hit 5 and walked down my street. Now I'm in Parowan with all my cousins in a giant house with a million bedrooms for a wedding. Yay!!
