I've recieved the Performance of the Year award all 4 years for XC and my senior year was named Athelete of the Year. I earned 6 Varsity letters (4 XC, 2 track)

Ran at Utah Valley University for one year and was team manager the next!

Personal:

Working full time in Downtown Salt Lake.  On days where my body feels good and I don't have a 17 hour shift I like to hit up the trails in SLC and PC.

Had to swim a mile for work then do 2 mins of pushups, 2 mins of crunches, and 4 sprints with about 5 seconds rest. So work is a good workout.

Warmup around Wheeler Farm by myself just to see the course. Started out a little too fast but I stayed strong at a 6:59 average. I got a rock stuck in my shoe on the last big loop on the pavement, it was rather annoying. I was the leading girl for the first half of the race, but then another girl came and passed me quickly so I didn't hold on. I ran a cooldown around the farm with Logan, Chuk, and Branson.

 

Later after work I had to swim another 500 for the week. My whole body is so sore.
