3x 2 mile. I think it was a little short but i guess it's off of effort. Went 9:59, 9:55, 9:45. After the 2nd 2 mile I was hurting, but I felt better on the last one. Also shout out to mantz for bringing me some vitamin c pills to take with the iron.
Went out and found airport loop. Kept forcing my self to slow down cuz I didn't want to go very quick on the run, kept miles 4-10 between 6:01- 6:10. Then I decided to just speed up. good times
