busy day. ran 4 in the morning, long day at work (10 hours), then some time working on a possible business idea, then night run, then bed. weekly mileage will be 60 this week
Ran pretty much right after our team meeting, was still tired from work, and my brother was in a rush so he pushed the pace. Pretty tired rn.

6 of grass loops in the afternoon before meeting up with a friend to run 3 more.
Bad timing. I ran 5 minutes after dinner and only allotted 50 minutes to run 8.5 miles, so I ended up cutting it short.
