My legs hurt so bad when we started and they were super sluggish but after about the 3 miles out they finally got warmed up and recovered some.  We did the mountain run for 20 minutes then turned back.  It felt good to run again after that workout on saturday that killed my legs.

Today we did a short workout of 400 300 200 400 300 200.  My legs have been really tired and I'm just ready to take a break from running now so I really am not expecting much from my state performance.

Another short run for state with some strides at the end. I have no desire to run anymore so I'm going to be so excited for state to be done with and get on a break and let my body recover so I can be ready for xc.  Good luck to everyone running at state tomorrow!

We had state today and I was just done with track.  I didn't really care much.  My legs have been super exhausted so I'm ready for my break.  It was fun though even though I have a cold.

Kind of a disappointing way to end.  I was hoping to do a lot better but I was super sluggish and just couldn't move.  It was still fun even though after the 2 mile it was super rainy and even started hailing.
