| Track workout. Warmed up 2.2 miles workout 1200, 800, 600, 400. Not too hard of a workout but I just can't run anymore. My lungs hurt and I felt no muscle in my legs supporting me. So terrible workout. 2.3 mile cool down with stretching at the end.

| Coach told me to go less since I've been struggling. Went first 2.25 with the team then instead of continuing on to the mountain run I went over by healey park and saw a soccer ball so I shot some goals then ran a did a little loop around there then headed back down to the school. Felt ok. My knee was a bit bad and my shins didn't feel great. But my lungs felt ok.

| Didn't feel terrible but wasn't great. Did a few 400's and was dying so I decided to just hang on for one more and was able to do that for 9 total 400's. Last one, the tenth, I was just wrecked and ran 70. Didn't feel able to do much faster after hitting 65-67 for the previous ones.

| Such a great time yesterday. First race that I have done well at all season. My shins were still hurting and on the warmup my breathing was weird but during the race I didn't feel those besides on the track. But overall a good time. Our top 5 split was just over 9 seconds. We ran as a pack and did well. Our team got 6-9,11 in scoring. It was fun.
Shout out to Connor and Ryan for slaying and getting 3rd and 4th.

| Did not feel good. During the workout my shins were hurting as well as my lungs. My back was also hurting but I think that was just some weird thing that will go away. Ran 400 600 800 600 400 400. Ran 65, 1:40, 2:18, 1:44, 68, 74. Didn't do the other two 400's cuz I was feeling so terrible.

| Well, not a good way to end my races in Utah this year. Had something in my throat and it wouldn't come out and really caused me a problem racing. Didn't feel good and our team got 4th place. Ready to come back to it at Nike.

| Ran to the wall and ran up the wall. I ran the .33 miles in 4:15ish give or take because that is counting the 25 second from craiks 4:40 finish. It starts out not too bad but then it just goes like straight up and your thighs and lungs are burning. It was fun though. Then ran out a bit more, then ran back.

| Hill repeats. Really hard to breath because I have some cold thing I think. It hurt breathing and the hill repeats were super hard. 6x600. Hit 1:57, 1:57, 1:57, 1:56, 1:55, 1:53. Ryan told us to just hit constant but I just wanted to run them on the last two. Those ones were tough.

| 3 solid games of tag which I got a lot of running in. Then also down to the stop sign by art dye and back and Golf course. My stomach hurt a bit and legs hurt but got through it ok.

| Tempo run. Just decided to kill it and see what I could do. I didn't kill it like 100% but I went quick. We had 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with the equal rest inbetween. Felt tired and my stomach kind of hurt but it felt good running fast and not completely buckling.
At the xc banquet I got the "Modest Run MVP" so shout out to me for getting one kind of MVP award. But real shout out to Jamison for getting the MVP award and Seth for getting most improved.
