Felt pretty awful both in the morning and during the workout. 4x800 2x400. Went 2:10, 2:11, 2:13, 2:15, 64, 63. Got dropped pretty good in the last 3 intervals. I'm hoping it's just my back or something because I don't think my fitness just magically disappears and reappears. It's just frustrating not being able to know when or why I don't/ do feel good.
