Had a sub in calculus so just ditched that and ran with the kids in the track class.  It was pretty good.  I have a cold so it was tough but fine.  4.7 up the canyon, and we were going around 6:30's so we were flying.  Then a lot faster on the way down.  Jamison's watch died so don't know avg. pace. but it was good.  Mile 3 my nose started bleeding which wasn't nice but it wasn't super bad.  Probably the nicest 9.4 miles I've ever ran.

am-Ran at 5:45 today with Coach, Jamison, Chris, Seth, and Josh.  It was a good run.  7:01 pace.  Started at legacy, to lone peak, behind the school to the pond, to mt. ridge, then a road which led to westfield, then back.  Josh fell behind so I had to wait for him to go home.

pm-Got bored and felt like doing something active but my bike tire was flat and I didn't feel like pumping it up. So I just went and ran 4.29 miles, 6:58 pace.  Felt nice and easy.  Saw Galen, Justin, and Craik leaving the school from their 8 mile run in the afternoon. Don't know if they saw me running by.

Strength training before I ran which was rough.  Then did to AF, then back.  Then to the pole, then golf course, and a lap around the track.

Good run, alpine loop but not fast cuz of our race tomorrow.  My body was tired from strength training yesterday but it was just sore. Also stopped by artic circle for a courtesy cone which was scrumptious.  So Shout out to the guy that gave us them.

Decent day today, though I have been feeling sick.  Started off with the mile.  Short warmup due to lack of time.  Was in the fast heat, and my body still goes into shock running that fast cuz we haven't done any fast work. Started off with the leaders but got boxed in 2nd lap.  Then surged up, but it was too much, and I was too tired.  I ran a 4:25, so 2 seconds off state qualifying this year.  Then cooled down with AF, Garek, and a couple other dudes.

Warmed up for the 4x800.  Jamison first, Galen second, Justin third, me kicking it in.  Jamison got us a good lead, which we think he ran around a 2:02-2:03.  Then Galen went and got more of a lead with 2:04-2:05.  Then Justin ran and lost the lead a tiny bit but the weber guy was really fast.  Justin ran around a 2:05.  I got it at 6:12, with about a 4-5 second lead but Talon Hull was up for weber.  Went out hard, and went through the lap, with the lead, then heard Jamison, Galen, and everyone else yelling Talon's coming, or Go Talon.  Got to the final curve with a slight lead, and at the straight away still in first. Then Talon comes with a flying mamba and kicking hard.  I lost the lead and was giving up, but I saw him slow a tiny bit, and knew I needed to go for it. So I kicked hard, as Talon moved infront of me in lane 1 so I went around him in lane two and got him at the line with a sprinters lean.

Shout out to Talon who ran a freakin 1:56ish which is SO SO SO insane!!!!

Ran down to Lone Peak then ran on the road that goes by the temple for a while.  Then turned left and went next to costa vida and maceys in PG.  Then headed up the street that went to where PG junior high is.  Then ran down that, past the discovery park, and up to the murdock canal, got on that and took that down.  avg. pace: 7:04.  Good run but a little tight from yesterday's races.
