Had a sub in calculus so just ditched that and ran with the kids in the track class.  It was pretty good.  I have a cold so it was tough but fine.  4.7 up the canyon, and we were going around 6:30's so we were flying.  Then a lot faster on the way down.  Jamison's watch died so don't know avg. pace. but it was good.  Mile 3 my nose started bleeding which wasn't nice but it wasn't super bad.  Probably the nicest 9.4 miles I've ever ran.

Ya he's in good shape so he came to camp with us. She has her blog but never posts. Most of her posts are from me giving myself shout outs
