10.1 in the morning on bonneville. Makes me miss the trails we always ran in high school. After did some steeple stretches and jumped some hurdles. I feel like my right leg is a better lead and trail leg. also the hurdlers were practicing when I was going over the hurdles so they probably thought I was a dweeb lol.
just over 3 in the afternoon with the team. got a massage on my back and neck trying to loosen it up and it hurt soo bad but hopefully it helps
