4.1 in the morning with Isaac, and some with Mantz, Clayson, Joey, and I forgot who else was there
13.2 in the afternoon. wasn't planning on going that far but the workout lasted long.
3.5 warmup, 10 minutes at 4:54 pace, 5 min. 4:46 pace, 3 min. 4:39 pace, 2 min 4:28 pace, 1 min 4:18 pace. Felt super smooth, although I think I had a rib out so I'm gonna get that fixed and then i should be ready to roll.
