I ran with Dustin. Dustin is great to run with. He gives a gentle push to pick up the pace. Steve on the other hand shoves me to utter exhaustion. wore my new tights that I bought from the running center by Movies 8 on north bluff by resultz Gym. they work wonders. legs felt warm. Hip flexors were sore after the run.

I had a rendezvous with the road, just me, my blue tights and the dark night air. I Took it fairly easy most of the way. I tried to stretch my hip flexors by doing some cross over stuff Steve showed me. Calves were sore after the run.

After looking at Steve’s monster day, I felt I had to man up and get a few miles myself. I ran out the door and ran directly to the recreation center and hit the treadmill. My Left calf started to hurt the last quarter mile. Average pace 6:50 with warm. 1 % incline.

Ran with the hood. Met up with Dave and Paul and Ran up to Steves Store and did a Run BYE!. Picked up Steve and ran back to the park and around town to make sure no one was movinge in on our teritory.

ran with the double D's and Steve. We Ran the painters course. We took one wrong turn and ended up only going 12.5. I ran out of gas around mile 9 when Steve and Dave picked up the pace. I think I have some work to do with my endurance. Good work out. will try for 60 next week.
