53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury. Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.
Running with 3 other guys. ex college runners who can run like the wind. I am greatful i can run with them. helps me to become faster.
Ran 3.5 on tread mill. ran last mile in 5 min. ran again at night on road 3.5 legs feeling sore. groin strain. feel ok after I warm up.
Road run, Ran with GPS. felt sore first two miles. after I warmed up every thing felt good. still feeling groin strain. night run at 8 pm
Wam 70 degrees, very windy. I felt sluggish first two miles.
Ran with club down snow canyon. on trails.felt good until the end. clyde and Steve picked it up last two miles. I ran out of gas. got 48.5 last week. will try to do two a days. to get my miles over 60
