 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Ran with the club. Dave,Clyde,Steve. (Dustin was sick) went up main toward Skyline drive. all Hills. took a loopty loop up by the dixie rock. then down 9th east. down to tab and back to the park. Steve and Dave took an unexpected turn before we hit 400 E and flew to the park. calfs got sore at the end and began to tighten up. I think going up and down steep hills have a big effect.

I was planning on trying to make it over to pick up my award today. But if you want to grab it that would be great. Then I wouldn't have to worry about trying to get over there. Thanks!

You seem to be running pretty well. Keep on top of those calves.

Good run. Are you planning on doing the race tomorrow? How is the calf feeling. I'm still feeling a bit sick and still having some hip issues.
