Ran with Clyde, Dustin, Steve, Got there a little late, and I Did not have time to stretch enough. About 4 miles into running I had to stop because my lower back was hurting. I stretched out and it felt better the rest of the run. Clyde and Steve continued on down the trail at a blistering pace. I decided there was no way to catch them so I took the trail above them and intercepted them coming back. We went over foremaster ridge and ran fairly fast the last two miles. Clyde runs like a dear. He must be getting free Blood transfusions or something. He seems stronger every time we run. And is always pushing the pace. Steve is looking stronger every time also. Steve has an extra gear that comes out of nowhere. Dustin is amazing. He runs his best on flat paved roads. I think these guys will help me become a better runner if they don’t kill me first. |
