Ran at night around 9 pm. Took my usual route. Decided to do a little interval work. Ran hard and fast 400 yards. Slow down 400 yards, then run hard and fast for another 400 yards. Did this 6x.
Bill where do you go on your everyday runs. I knowing kind of where you live would be interested in what some of your bread and butter routes are? Good job on getting a run in that late.

In the morning, I usually run up red cliffs drive to 3050 e which turns in to green springs. make a left on to buena vista just past the over pass and run down to St.george Blvd, go over the over pass and back to my home. In afternoons I usually head down by Milcreek High and pick up the virgin trail.

Bill:
Good work. Try those intervals on a measured course next time - eg. borrow a wheel or a calibrated bike. You can buy a wheel online at this link.
