 53 years old. Been Sruggling with a Knee injury.  Trying to get back into running shape after 8 months of weight gain.

Ran 9 with the club. Steve and Clyde must of smelt food around mile 5 and took off. Dustin and I took the rose garden tour and ended up missing dinner. what a bunch of hogs.

Good Run last night, thanks for hanging back with me, just couldn't get the legs and body moving, but I was glad I could get out and give it a try, a few more days and miles and I should be back to normal.

Good mileage this week, but I am concerned you might be overdoing it packing 14-15 mile days back to back without proper preparation earlier. You should probably ease off a bit - an occasional 14 mile day should be followed by a couple of 8 mile days.
