I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--7 Anasazi again w/ but extra than most days. I hit 3k climbing this month. It's a fun challenge to run on the trails and climb.
pm--3 Lower mileage day after a late night last night.
pm--4.5 Some slow-burn miles. I'm trying to listen to my body more. Not sure if that's what I did today or not. Also, I'm learning German with Duolingo. Ja!
pm--7.5 Anasazi basically trailhead to trailhead. The dirt is rejuvenating my love of running.
pm--3 Tready, watching In the High Country w/ Tony K. Still love the dude.
I finished Lord of the Flies again. Don't love it, but the last few chapters really know how to tick a guy off.
am--7.5 Sidewinder from the bottom. I actually felt great.
pm--4 Anasazi to the top and back w/ Tom. Slow and easy. Running fatigued is a good thing to do once in a while.
