I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--7 A good run through Dixie Downs north w/ 5x 60-second pickups. My hammy was acting a bit funky at the beginning of the run, normal during the run, and a bit tight after.
pm--5 Sone easy miles, feeling through tight hamstrings. Seems like they aren't as cringy when I focus on lifting my knees.
am--5 DI and Bank w/ the girls. They get after even on the short morning runs.
pm--3 Some treasure miles after a long day.
am--5 Some grass miles w/ 4x 60-sec. pickups at ~7-min. pace.
pm--3 Extended DI loop w/ Beattie.
am--5 Anasazi on a beautiful morning. Even if it's only morning temps, autumn shows promises of arriving this year.
