am--3.5 DI/Weights/Harts. Nice morning w/ some good lifting. Sad thing is, some of the varsity girls are lifting as much as me. I like to think that they are strong, not that I am weak. RHR--47.
pm--6.25 Looped down by the middle school and then up the trail by AC. Seemed like a lot of incline and heat, but, nevertheless, we made it. Time to visualize the fist.
