am—5 Ran while the kids worked out. My leg is feeling okay. I need to get after my hamstring w/ the foam roller everyday.
pm--5 Middleton Trail via the goldfish park. I had a nice chat w/ Addie T. and was able to encourage a few kiddos. Fun in the hot, hot sun. Leg is blah.
am—3.5 Singles this week. Did PH and then bank-and-back. We had the legend Kaylee B.A. w/ us this morning. The leg is regressing.
pm—4.75 A run where I was high on life. It’s fun to see some of the other girls stepping up. Daily leg report: better?
am—3.25 Costco loop and bank-and-back. Ho hum on the leg. Decent meet for the varsity kiddos in Ogden.
am--5.75 The obligatory state-course run w/ some other running while the girls did some hill circuits. They're looking strong and bonding fairly well.
