| | pm--8 Long Run in the Hot Sun. It was a scorcher out today, but we made it. I ended up doing most of the run w/ Josie, Ellie, and Meskerem. Good to have that out of the way this week. On to the meet tomorrow.

pm--3 Coning and Deconing the Desert Relays course. It was a sweaty, fun experience. The Relays, I mean.

| | am--4.5 PH and AC+. Nice morning run w/ a smattering of Robertsese. RHR--60. Won't I ever bounce back this week?
pm--3.75 Drove the cooler to the sandhill to do 5 x 1 min. hill intervals and ran down main to meet the kids. After, I ran the cooler back to the school and ran up to Harts(?) to meet the kids. Still pretty hot out.

| | am--5.5 DI/AC+. Nice fun run w/ the girls. We are getting pretty good w/ our ball skills and sharing the rock among the team. I'm excited to watch them run together tomorrow.
pm--3 Traditional Sandberg's prerace run. The kids seem to enjoy being together and are having a ton of fun.
