I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3 A few miles on a full stomach.
am--5 Grass loops, starting in the dark. This first full week of school will be a real speed bump.
am--6.25 Some miles w/ PVXC. I did some counter loops on the grass at a snail's pace. Steamy morning.
pm--3.75 I had a late night so didn't run this morning. Then I had an endorsement class after school. I finally got a run in later. Decent.
am--5 Some grass in the dark. I have some itchy bites on my legs. Wonder if it's from Tuesday's grass run.
pm--3 AC. Coach Beattie got me to double in the triple digits. Hard but good.
am--4 Shorter Anasazi in the California haze.
