I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--3 Nothing more. Nothing less.
pm--5 Fartlek (1 min., 2 min., 3min. up and down w/ equal recovery). The shorter intervals were faster. I wasn't feeling peppy going into this but felt great ramping it up a bit.
pm--7.5 A little around the golf course and then up Lava Cove and around w/ some neighbors. RHR--52.
pm--6.5 Anasazi by my lonesome. It was a beautiful sunny, yet cool, afternoon. Perfect.
