I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--10 A nice run up to the Canyons and beyond then back down Tuweap into Green Valley. It's always nice to start off a week with a double-digit day.
pm--6.5 Easy jaunt on the Rim trails w/ Thomas.
pm--5 Ducked the wind and ran on my parents' treadmill. Warmed up and then hit 10 x 1 min. fartleks @ 6:00 / mile pace w/ 30 seconds at 8:30 for recovery between each. Felt really nice on the treadmill. Finished w/ a cool down.
pm--11.75 It was the perfect day for running. Tom and I hit the Barrel Roll x 2. 1nce each way. It's a nice change to hit the hills from both sides.
pm--6.75 Easy TM miles while watching Duke v. WV.
