I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
pm--6 Fartlek run. Warmed up for 3 then dropped 10 x 1 min. in the 6's w/ 1 min. recovery. RHR--54.
pm--5 Extended Sandberg's w/ the girls. It was good to run w/ them again. Decent pace, good times. RHR--53.
pm--6 Ran up and around the barrio w/ my neighbor. Picked it up towards the end, which was kind of fun. RHR--54.
pm--4.5 Another extended Sandberg's run w/ the girls. It felt nice out, and the pace was wonderful. RHR--52.
pm--3.5 Got a few miles in after the track meet. RHR--54.
pm--5 Slow burner w/ my neighbor up around the heights. It was my 1st week in 3, getting in 6 runs.
